Detailed terms for commission and partner status

Commission basis

Commission is calculated monthly on reseller-attributed revenue only. Revenue is defined as effective platform fee plus message overage revenue for onboarded tenants.

Standard commission is 20%, configured per reseller by super admins.

Temporary promo

A temporary 50% commission promotion is available for the first 3 approved reseller partners. This is a limited launch incentive and may be closed once all promo slots are assigned.

Active partner criteria

Active status targets an average of 10 new tenants per year across the rolling evaluation window. Dashboards indicate status as active or at risk.

50-tenant lock rule

After a reseller reaches 50 total onboarded tenants, partner active status is locked for 5 years. This lock is tracked with program activity controls and shown as locked 5y in reporting.
