Pricing questions
How does billing work?
Each plan includes clear limits per tenant: monthly messages, document ingestion and updates, custom tools, workspaces, widgets, and internal AI budget.
What counts as an AI message?
User chat messages sent to the assistant count toward your monthly message limit. Internal AI features are tracked separately against your plan’s AI budget.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade through workspace billing (subject to your contract). Enterprise terms are agreed with sales.
Is there a free trial?
You can start via sign-in and workspace onboarding. For volume, compliance, or resale, use the sales contact on this site.
What about API actions and integrations?
Integrations are available across plans, while custom tool limits depend on tier (starter prebuilt-only, growth/pro with increasing custom-tool capacity).
Do you offer SSO and enterprise security?
