What is your return window?
Unworn items with tags attached are eligible within 30 days. Refunds go to the original payment method after we receive your return at our hub.
How long does standard shipping take?
Most EU orders ship within one business day and arrive in 2-4 business days. You will get tracking the moment the carrier picks up the parcel.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes. If the size is in stock we can reserve it and send a prepaid return label for the original item, or process an exchange in store where available.
