What’s included in the daily rate?

Rates include VAT, basic collision cover, and roadside assistance. Navigation, extra drivers, and child seats are add-ons you can select before pickup.

Can I return the car to a different station?

Yes — one-way returns are available between most hubs for a transparent fee shown before you confirm. Some seasonal routes may be restricted.

Do I need a credit card?

A chip-enabled card in the main driver’s name is required for the security deposit. Debit cards are accepted at select locations only.

What’s your fuel and EV charging policy?

Combustion cars go out full and should return full. EVs return with at least 70% charge unless you purchased our recharge bundle.

Can I add an additional driver?

Up to two extra drivers per contract, each present at pickup with a valid licence. Fees are per day with a weekly cap.

How do I modify or cancel?

Changes and cancellations are free up to 24 hours before pickup on flexible rates. Prepaid deals may differ — check your confirmation email.
